Thanksgiving Leftovers? Use your leftovers to make this delicious and nutritious loaded Turkey and Vegetable Soup.
What you will need:
- 1 tbsp. Virgin Olive oil
- 2 cups of water
- 1lbs leftover turkey or ground turkey
- 1 stalk celery (diced small)
- 1 small carrot (diced small)
- Half a cabbage (chopped)
- Riced Cauliflower (use as much as you want)
- Green beans (canned or fresh- add to your liking)
Seasoning:
Add per your preference
- Garlic powder
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Dill
- Rosemary
- Chicken bouillon
How to cook:
- Set stove to medium heat and add olive oil once the oil starts to hear add your ground turkey
(use the same pot you will cook soup in) – season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary - Rinse all your veggies before adding them to the cooked ground turkey
- Mix frequently and allow all of your veggies to simmer with the meat for about 5 minutes
- Add bone broth, water, and remaining seasonings
