Would you like a Keto Body?
Along the way, I have been telling you about Leanne Vogel, The Queen of Keto! (My way of referring to her.) She has a 12-week, online course called Happy Keto Body which I purchased in April. I was searching for more information about the health benefits of the Keto WOE (way of eating) and so I turned to Healthful Pursuit (Leanne’s website) for some answers. I bought the VIP version, which I am so happy I did as I now have a lifetime of access to the program. It is chock FULL of very valuable information from a variety of perspectives provided by relatable experts in their fields. It would take me years to research the data that Happy Keto Body provides in one tidy place. Plus, it’s geared toward women, since Keto affects women differently than men, it was helpful to have a program that discusses topics that women face with this lifestyle and how to enjoy all the benefits. Every week the materials which are provided via videos, transcripts and PDF’s are full of ideas and concepts I would never have considered if not for this course. I also like that it is condensed into 12 weeks. This allows me to build a solid foundation that I can build on with other resources plus my own bodies experience. As my body is constantly changing and as I heal, I can go back and review the content to move to the next level.
Feeling Great

So, on a side note, as I was writing this, my son called to ask me what food/drink he could consume to offset a weekend full of parties. He and his fiancé were at a weekend wedding and just ate and drank all that was presented over the three days. Now he needs to ‘recover’ for the work week… He wants a magic pill. HA! He admits he feels so much better when eating clean and doing Paleo/Keto. He’s going to go back to starting the day with a fatted coffee, and of course, having a Good Fat Bar as an afternoon snack! I am so grateful we are having this conversation.
