What you will need:
⦁ 1 bell pepper
⦁ 1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower
⦁ 1 – 8oz tomato sauce
⦁ 1lbs ground turkey
⦁ 1 8oz bag of mozzarella
⦁ Garlic powder
⦁ Sea salt
⦁ Black pepper
⦁ Tin Foil
How to cook this delicious meal:
⦁ Cut the pepper in half and clean out the seeds (set aside)
⦁ Stove top brown ground turkey, season per preference
⦁ Once the turkey is browned, stir in rice cauliflower, tomato sauce, and half of the bag of mozzarella
⦁ Line the air fryer with tin foil
⦁ Fill halves of peppers with filling mix
⦁ Set in an air fryer and top with the remainder of the mozzarella
⦁ Cook at 350 for 25 min.

Baking Instructions:
Spray a baking sheet, (life hack, use a bundt cake tin) with nonstick spray. Place your peppers stuffed facing up and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 45min or until you can slide your fork through the pepper! Enjoy
